Promotional Period:

Start date: 20/09/24 at 12:01 am AEST (for AU) and 12:01 am NZST (for NZ)

End date: 19/09/25 at 11:59 pm AEST (for AU) and 11:59 pm NZST (for NZ)

Eligible entrants:

Entry is only open to Australian and NZ residents who are 18 years and over and are new or existing Chrisco Hamper members.

 

Entrants must continue to be a Chrisco Hamper member at the time of the draw (including the Unclaimed Prize Draw, if applicable) to be eligible for a prize. For the sake of clarity, if a drawn winner has cancelled their membership by the time of the Game (but after the applicable draw), they will still be eligible to participate in the Game.

How to Enter:

To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

a)       either:

                     i.            for existing Chrisco Hamper members: be logged in to their AU/NZ Chrisco accounts; OR

                   ii.            for non-Chrisco Hamper members: visit www.chrisco.com.au (for Australian residents) or www.chrisco.co.nz (for New Zealand residents) and follow the prompts to the registration page by providing their personal details as requested; and

b)       spend at least $500 (AUD/NZD, depending on their country of residence) in any number of transactions on Chrisco products (excludes gift card and voucher purchases) (“Qualifying Spend”).

 

Entry will be automatic upon completing the minimum spend requirements outlined above. Payment must be finalised by the draw date/time to be eligible to receive an entry in respect of that order. Cancelled orders will be deemed invalid and will be ineligible to win a prize.  

 

Limit one (1) entry permitted for every Qualifying Spend (regardless of the number or transactions) finalised within the Promotional Period.  

Draw:

  • The draw will be held at 12pm AEDT on Friday 17th October 2025 at the Hive Marketing Group, Suite 222, 117 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale, NSW, 2100, using computerised random selection.
  • The first valid entry drawn will win that entrant (“Participant”) the opportunity to play a contingency game (“the Game”) for the chance to win $100,000 (AUD/NZD).
  • The draw conductor may draw additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn.

Game Details (total of ONE (1) participant will play the Game):

 

The Game will take place on 28th November 2025 at Chrisco Hampers Head Office - Building A, Level 1, 23-25 Princes Rd East, Auburn, NSW 2144 (office location is correct as at 29/07/24 but location may move by date of game to another location in NSW) at 10 am AEDT.

 

The Participant, proxy or the representative (where appropriate, as outlined below) will be referred to as ‘Attendee’ for the purpose of these Conditions of Entry.

 

There will be twenty-five (25) envelopes at the start of the Game, each numbered one (1) through to twenty-five (25). Two (2) envelopes will contain winning symbols and the remaining twenty-three (23) envelopes will contain non-winning symbols. The Attendee will be required to advise the Promoter of two (2) numbers. A representative of the Promoter will then select and open the two (2) envelopes with the respective two (2) numbers selected by the Attendee. If there is any dispute as to the two (2) numbers selected by an Attendee, the Promoter’s decision in this regard will be final. If the Attendee is found to have breached any conditions for playing the Game or participating in this Promotion, he/she (or the person he/she if playing on behalf of) may be disqualified by the Promoter.

 

Any and all costs associated with attending the Game are the sole responsibility of the Participant. If the Participant resides outside of NSW, the Participant may participate in the Game via telephone whereby they will select two (2) x numbers between 1 and 25 (inclusive) and a representative of the Promoter will select the two (2) x envelopes bearing those numbers on their behalf. If the drawn Participant resides in NSW but cannot attend the Game, the Participant may appoint a proxy over 18 years of age to play the Game on his/her behalf provided the Participant gives the Promoter written, signed notice to that effect before the start of the Game. If the Promoter has not been able to contact the Participant before the start of the Game, a representative of the Promoter will play the Game on the Participant’s behalf.

 

2/2 winning symbols from 25 envelopes ($100,000 Prize):If the Attendee selects the two (2) numbers both correlating to the two (2) envelopes containing the winning symbols, then the Participant will win $100,000 (“Grand Prize”), subject to verification by the judges and Loss Adjustor.

 

1/2 winning symbols from 25 envelopes ($10,000): If the winner selects two (2) numbers with one (1) number relating to an envelope containing a winning symbol and one (1) number relating to an envelope containing a non-winning symbol, then the Participant will win $10,000 (“Major Prize”), subject to verification by the judges and Loss Adjustor.

 

0/2 winning symbols from 25 envelopes ($5,000): If the winner selects two (2) numbers both containing non-winning symbols, then subject to verification by the judges and Loss Adjustor, then the Participant will win $5,000.

 

A Loss Adjustor must be present at the Draw & Game to ensure the Draw and Game are conducted as per these Conditions of Entry.

 

  • If either the Grand Prize or Major Prize is selected, the Loss Adjuster will remove all envelopes and takes them back for validation of the prize claim.
  • If the Grand Prize or Major Prize is not selected, the Loss Adjuster will open the Control envelope which will reveal the envelopes that have the two winning messages inside and the MC or Loss Adjuster will then reveal the winning envelopes to show the guests that the mechanic is fair and secure.

 

Only one (1) prize of either $100,000, $10,000 or $5,000 will be awarded to the winner, depending on their result in the Game. If for example the winner wins the $5,000 prize in the Game, then the $10,000 and $100,000 prizes will NOT be awarded. The prize will be awarded to the winner via bank transfer to an Australian/New Zealand bank account in the winner’s name.

 

The winner must provide their Australian/New Zealand bank account details to the Promoter in order for the prize to be awarded.

 

Prize will be awarded in AUD if winner is a resident of Australia, or NZD if winner is a resident of New Zealand.

Winner Notification:

The winner will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the draw.

Finalist/Winner Publication:

The winner will be published at www.chrisco.com.au and www.chrisco.co.nzby 11/11/25.

Unclaimed Prizes:

Prize must be claimed by 14/11/25 at 12:00 pm AEDT. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on 17/11/25 at 01:00 pm AEDT at Hive Marketing Group, Suite 222, 117 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale, NSW, 2100, Australia. The winner of the redraw will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the redraw and will be published at www.chrisco.com.au and www.chrisco.co.nz by 18/11/25.

  1. The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule) and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.
  2. The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date ("Promotional Period"). Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.
  3. Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Promotional Period.
  4. Employees (and the immediate family members) of agencies/companies directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter, its distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family member" means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
  5. The draw conductor may draw additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn.
  6. No part of a prize is exchangeable, redeemable for any other prize or transferable.
  7. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner.
  8. If the winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to), or does not take or claim a prize within a reasonable time, as specified by the Promoter, or is unavailable, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize e.
  9. If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the prize) to a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority.
  10. No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion.
  11. Entrants must keep their proof of purchase specified in the How to Enter section for each entry as proof of purchase ("Proof of Purchase"). If an entrant fails to produce the Proof of Purchase for a specific entry or each entry, as and when requested by the Promoter, the Promoter has the right to invalidate the entrant's respective entry/entries for which Proof of Purchase cannot be provided and/or all entries submitted by that entrant and/or forfeit the entrant's right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify: (a) the purchase was made from Chrisco Hampers; (b) the required product/s or service/s to be purchased for entry; and (c) that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period and prior to entry.
  12. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.
  13. Entrants' personal information will be collected by the Promoter. Personal information will be stored on the Promoter's database. The Promoter may use this information for future marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the entrant electronically. The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy which is located at www.chrisco.com.au/PrivacyPolicyThe Promoter collects personal information about entrants to enable them to participate in this Promotion and may disclose the entrants' personal information to third parties including its contractors and agents, prize suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this Promotion and to the State and Territory lottery departments as required under the relevant lottery legislation. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter or claim a prize in the Promotion.
  14. For the purposes of public statements and advertisements, the Promoter may only publish the winner's surname, initial and State/Territory/Country or postcode of residence.
  15. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, prior to receiving the prize.
  16. If a prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party prize supplier. The terms and conditions which apply to the prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Conditions of Entry in the event of any inconsistency. To the extent permitted by law the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize, any delay or failure relating to the prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Conditions of Entry or otherwise.
  17. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Conditions of Entry restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) and/or Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ) and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
  18. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
  19. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter's discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win. Entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
  20. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding on each entrant and no correspondence will be entered into.
  21. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation). For the sake of clarity, this clause shall not apply where the Promoter has contributed to or caused such loss, expense, damage, personal injury or death and shall not apply to any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in each case the Promoter’s liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  22. The winner will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed and acknowledges that the Promoter may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation to them.
  23. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to the prize or acceptance of the prize.
  24. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
