AGENT APPROVAL PROCESS

a. Chrisco will receive your online registration.

b. Chrisco Agent Applicants will be sent an agent agreement and detailed next steps.

c. Chrisco Agent Applicants will be provided with Australian Consumer Training Online Link.

d. Chrisco will provide you with your agent number and Catalogues to get you started.

FAQ'S AGENTS PROGRAM

1.       HOW ARE COMMISSIONS EARNED?
         If all qualifications are met, this table shows how the tiered Agent commission is earned. As a Qualified Order is an order exceeding $2,000, no commission is earned on the first $2,000 of each Qualified Order (shown in the commission table).
2.       ARE THERE ANY SALES THAT DON’T QUALIFY FOR COMMISSION?
         Sales under two thousand dollars, and sales that are excluded are Apple products, Gift Cards, Vouchers or Alcohol Hampers.
3.       WHEN DOES THE AGENT AGREEMENT RUN IN A CAMPAIGN YEAR?
         Agent Agreement runs from November 1st to the last Friday in October each year for the purposes of calculating agent commission as this aligns with Chrisco Sales campaign period.
4.       WHEN WILL CHRISCO ADVISE ME OF MY EARNINGS?
         In November each year we send you a letter detailing your potential earnings and ask your preference for payment.
5.       WHEN ARE COMMISSIONS PAID?
         Commission earned will be paid via Credit on your Chrisco account OR via Cheque or Direct Deposit to Agents nominated account using our best endeavours to apply payment or credit no later than the second week of December on completed qualified orders.
6.       WHAT IS A QUALIFIED AGENT?
         A Qualified Agent means an Agent who has referred three or more Qualified Customers to Chrisco before the Qualified Customer had become a Chrisco customer and no less than three of those Qualified Customers place a Qualified Order in the same year.
7.       WHAT IS A QUALIFIED CUSTOMER?
         A Qualified Customer means a customer who provides Chrisco with your Agent Number and places a Qualified Order at least once every two years and does not live at the same address as another Chrisco customer or you.
8.       WHAT IS A QUALIFIED ORDER?
         A Qualified Order means an order placed with Chrisco and is paid in full by Final Payment Date, excludes Apple products, alcohol, gift cards and travel.
9.       WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN AGENT AND REFER A FRIEND?
         The Agent Program and RAF (Refer a Friend Program) are different. RAF is for customers who just want to let there friends and family know about Chrisco see RAF T&C's.
         The Agent looks to assist the customers with placing orders, learinging about Chrisco, follows up with the customers associated with their agency.
10.       IF I AM ALREADY AN AGENT HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE THE TRAINING AND SIGN THE AGREEMENT?
         All Chrisco Agents as of December 2021 have 3 months until 31st March 2022 to sign the agreement and take the training.
10.       I AM AN AGENT NOW, WHAT IF I DON'T SIGN THE AGREEMENT, OR TAKE tHE TRAINING?
         If you do not sign the agreement or take the training, then all customers currently under your agency will be removed after 31st March 2022.
