2021 Agent Commission Program

Agent Commission Rules

QUALIFIED AGENT defined as:

1. A Qualified Agent has a minimum of Three (3) Qualified Customer(s)* with Qualified Order(s).

QUALIFIED CUSTOMER(s)* defined as:

1. The customer(s) must be either:
   1. a current and active customer on whose behalf the Agent places its order; or
   2. New to Chrisco, meaning (not currently in the Chrisco database) signed by the Agent in the current year;
2. The customers’ orders must be qualified orders and must be fully paid by the Final Payment Date;
3. The customers cannot live at the same address or have the same delivery address as the Agent; and
4. The customer must be active. If the customer has not placed an order in any of the preceding 3 years, they will be considered as not being an active customer and will be removed as a client of the Agent after that period.

QUALIFIED ORDER(s)* defined as:

1. The Agent’s Order is not included in the calculation of Agent Commission and is not part of the qualified order(s) calculation;  
2. The combined value of the qualified order(s) must exceed $2,000; and
3. Qualified Orders exclude all Discounts, Apple Products, Alcohol, Gift Cards, Vouchers & Travel.

How the Agent Commission is calculated?

If all qualifications are met, this table shows how the tiered Agent commission is earned.  As a Qualified Order is an order exceeding $2,000, no commission is earned on the first $2,000 of each Qualified Order (shown in the example below).

Note: We will be communicating with you in October to discuss your estimated Agent earnings and ask if you want your earnings applied to your account to put towards your 2022 order, or if you would like them paid out to you in December via Cheque or Direct Deposit.

Example of an Agent Commission calculation

Jane the Agent has an order value of her own of $900, she has 6 Customers associated to her Agent Account, however, this year only 5 of those customers have Qualified Order(s).

Earned Agent commissions are tiered.  Here is an example using Jane the Agent’s information.

         Jane the Agent could choose in November to have her Commission paid to her in early December by Direct Debit for $993.00 OR she could choose to roll over $1,254.50 onto her account to pay for her 2022 Order.
